Becoming the person I am today
Growing up and into young adulthood, I learned how important it was to be resilient and strong no matter what adversity you were faced with. It was instilled in me to always treat others how I would like to be treated, and that being loyal, empathetic, and selfless are great ways to build long-lasting relationships. It was my family’s candor and nurture that jump started my determination and confidence.

The next 20 years of building meaningful relationships with fellow talented creative problem solvers has been a privilege. I realized early that listening and being open-minded can lead to bold solutions. These mentors and peers have shown me that maintaining an uncompromised sense of integrity is admired, and being unflappable comes with experience. They’ve also confirmed that, like me, having a strong work ethic comes naturally when you’re fiercely dedicated to doing what you love.

Now, having a family, I’ve learned that being patient, caring, and kind help to build trust. They have taught me that being a supportive husband and father means being aware, compassionate, and thoughtful despite your differences. And lastly, my children have motivated me to never stop being curious because it can inspire brilliant creative solutions to even the most complex problems.
